Check out our recent interview entitled "How to Piece Together Your Parents’ Financial Picture"!
Like many of us, a personal experience changed Jeremy Nachtigall's career direction. In 2012, his mother was diagnosed with ALS (also known as Lou Gehrig's disease). For five years until her passing in 2017, he managed his mother’s financial, legal, and home care needs and experienced the complexities of caring for a loved one in need. With more than 20 years of experience serving as a financial advisor to high net worth individuals and their families, Jeremy knew that his professional skills and personal insights could help others navigate their own similar situations.
Mr. Nachtigall is a resident of Livingston, NJ where he lives with his wife, a middle school teacher, and their two children. He started his career in the financial industry in 1996 at Ryan, Beck & Co. and also held positions at other Wall Street firms including JP Morgan Chase. Jeremy is an active member of his local community where he volunteers as a soccer coach, is an active member of his synagogue, and the Greater Metrowest Jewish Community. He earned a BA in Economics at Fairleigh Dickinson University, where he also received a certificate of Financial Planning. Jeremy is also a member of the American Association of Daily Money Managers.
Daily Money Management is at the intersection of geriatric care, elder law and financial services. Daily Money Management matters most when an individual or his/her family caregivers do not have either the time or the experience to make sound, informed practical decisions during a time of personal stress.
